About your list of cannon markings. The "H" was marked by two Swedish cannon foundries, the smaller Huseby Bruk and the much larger Hellefors Styckebruk.
H On trunnion. For Huseby Brug, a gunfoundry in Sweden. (Stockholm), 18th c. Swedish PH-EA
Should be:
H On trunnion. For Huseby Bruk, a gunfoundry in Sweden. (Växjö) owned by De Tries (most of the guns were exported to Holland), 18th c. Swedish PH-EA
late 1600-1750, all cannons marked on trunnions with H after 1750 - 1840 are from the larger foundry, Hellefors Styckebruk, Södermanland
and
H On trunnion. For Hellefors Styckebruk, a gunfoundry in Sweden. (Hälleforsnäs, Södermanland) started by Abine Noij most 18th century guns was sold to the Swedish Navy and Army. 17th to 19th c.
